SendMe.me
Trust & Safety

Money should feel safe to send.

SendMe is the page between “who are you?” and “paid.” Here's how we keep that moment trustworthy - for the person paying and the person getting paid.

We never hold your money

SendMe doesn't process or store funds. You connect your own PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, bank, or wallet, and senders pay you directly through their app. There's no SendMe balance to hack or freeze.

Verified payees

Creators and businesses can earn a verified badge after a real identity, creator, or business review. Brand and payment-related tags (like a bank or wallet name) are protected and can only be claimed with verification - so impersonators can't grab them.

Report & review

Every profile has a Report link. If something looks like impersonation or fraud, tell us - our Trust & Safety team reviews reports and can suspend a tag. Reserved operational terms (support, billing, refunds…) are locked from public claiming entirely.

Your data, your control

Sessions are protected with secure, http-only cookies and passwords are hashed. You can export your profile data or delete your identity at any time from your account settings.

FAQ

Common questions

Use the Report link on their profile, or contact Trust & Safety with the sendme.me/tag. We review impersonation reports and can suspend the tag and fast-track your verification.

Open your account settings and request verification, or start at the verification form. You'll provide identity, creator, or business evidence and a real reviewer approves it.

Payment brands, big organizations, and government/charity names are protected - claimable only with verification. Operational terms like “support” or “billing” are reserved so no one can pose as SendMe.

SendMe never touches your funds, so there's no balance to lose. Always confirm you recognize the payee and the method before you send.
